Phase 1.
Phase 1 includes fundraising for and building the following:
Fencing, organic top soil, organic sod, organic mulch, storage shed structure, and weather & shelter structure.

Phase 2.
Phase 2 includes fundraising for and building the following:
GaGa ball pit structure, sandpit with shade structure, animal pens, push bikes, and picnic tables.

Phase 3.
Phase 3 includes fundraising for and cultivating the following:
Native plants garden, signage, beautification & art projects, and pergola shade structures.
