El Jardín Bonus Add On Options
Thursdays and Fridays, Spring -23
1. Thursdays- Art Hour Add-On Option for Thursdays @ El Jardin!
We will also offer an optional bonus hour for our El Jardin Thursday students!
El Jardin Thursday students can stay at the Carp Children's Farm for one additional hour on Thursdays, from 2:00-3:00 pm for an extra bonus art hour! Students will have different projects and opportunities for students to have fun while doing art! Some projects for this semester include completing a welcome sign and making a "Carp Children's Farm" mosaic. Sign up for the whole semester or drop in whenever it's convenient to pick up your student one hour later for the day!
Art Hour Details:
*Thursdays: 2:00-3:00 pm, 1 hour.
*Starts this Thursday, tomorrow, Jan 12th. 18 weeks long. $306/semester or $17 daily drop-in. (Yes you can drop-in, in whenever it's convenient!).
*Students are dropped off and picked up at the same spot as normal, Carp Children's Farm/Tee Time parking lot.

2. Fridays- Tides Marine Biology Carp! Add-On Option for Fridays @ El Jardin!
Tides Carp (It's finally here!) We have decided to bring our beloved Tides program to Carpinteria. We are so happy for all of our Carp families to experience and fall in love with Tides. What is Tides? Tides is a marine biology, hands-on exploration class. Led by our marine biologist teacher, Christina, students will get a unique new marine biology lesson each session (this semester's theme is "Mysteries of the Deep" see the attached flyer!), games that incorporate what we're learning that week, and time to explore the beach and even tidepools as the tide allows. It's like a weekly beach/tidepool field trip with marine biology lessons, friends, collaborative games, and lots of fun!
Here is the best part: we are conjoining Tides Carp with El Jardin Carp on Fridays! So, our students who come to El Jardin on Friday (from 10-2), now have the option of staying for Tides directly after El Jardin, from 2:00-4:30 pm! For parents of students at El Jardin and Tides on Fridays, they get an extra 2.5 hours of time their kids are in learning programs! Friday students can get 2 programs on the same day! Tides students will get to explore the beautiful beaches within walking distance right around the farm. Ages 6 and up are welcome.
Tides Carp Details:
* Fridays 2:00-4:30 pm, 2.5 hours. Tides starts next Friday, Jan 20th. 17 weeks long. $680/semester or $40 daily drop-in (Yes, you can drop in whenever it's convenient!).
* Students are dropped off and picked up at the same spot as normal, Carp Children's Farm/Tee Time parking lot.
